FGJMSA is a Municipal Authority formed under the Municipal Authorities act of 1945.

The municipalities of Fairchance Borough and Georges Township are the two contributing Municipalities with 3 members of the board from Fairchance Borough and 4 from Georges Township.

1 - Inspection form for Sale/Transfer of property:
 
The Inspection form is used when someone is selling/purchasing a piece of property. Please submit application with check or money order before an inspection of property is scheduled. This inspection MUST be completed so the person can receive a authorization for property transfer. If you transfer a property without having the inspection done the FGJMSA will still require the inspection be completed per Georges Township and Fairchance Borough Ordinance. We will send notification to both the old and new owners informing them that the transfer was done without our knowledge. Ultimately if no one has this inspection paid for and completed the FGJMSA will file charges at the Magistrate. THE FGJMSA has notified all of the known local Attorney's and closing companies. This is something we have been doing since 2013!!
 

2 - Permit application for sewage hookup. This application must be received with payment in full before a permit to connect will be issued.  
 
 
3 - Sanitary Sewer Connection Rules and Regulations:   The Rules and Regulations are the guidelines for connecting to the Sanitary Sewer owned and operated by the Fairchance Georges Joint Municipal Sewage Authority.
